POSITION: Academic Office Administrative Assistant
Starting Date: August 10, 2026 for an upcoming vacancy
Salary Range: Compensation in the range of $45,000 to $55,000 determined by relevant work experience and qualifications.

The Academic Office Administrative Assistant is a key team member of the Academic and Guidance Office, working closely with faculty and staff members, parents and students, and ensuring that online systems are accurate, well-managed and support their needs.
PRIMARY FUNCTION
To provide administrative and technological support to the Academic and Guidance Office.

The Academic Office Administrative Assistant will
- Have superior organizational skills and ability to work within deadlines in a busy environment;
- Possess adaptability and flexibility to manage unexpected events and be able to balance several ongoing projects.
- Manage the learning management system (Edsby) and ensure access to the platform by all community members.
- Support other systems such as Edsembli, Reach and Microsoft accounts
- Support general office administration tasks coordinating preparing and maintaining functions of the office
- Provide professional customer service
Additional language skills are considered an asset.

THE POSITION
The Events and Development Coordinator is an ambassador of the College and strengthens Albert College through events, alumni relations, fundraising and community relations. This role manages the execution, direction and coordination of development events and fosters excellent alumni, parent and donor relations and engagement. The coordinator is responsible for the management of the Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT database to support fundraising and the goals of the Development office. Working with the Director of Development, the Events and Development Coordinator is integral in donor recognition, data management, fundraising support and alumni stewardship.
