We’re looking for a Commercial Lines and Office Manager to join the team in Kitchener. This strategic role involves providing direct leadership to the Commercial Risk Placement Team while acting as a key liaison with the Head Office to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Commercial Risk Placement Team to ensure service standards and corporate goals are met.
  • Operational Strategy: Analyze and recommend process improvements to enhance customer service and productivity.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain positive relationships with business partners and liaise with the Head Office on regional matters.
  • Onboarding & Training: Support the growth of the branch by leading the onboarding of new team members.

Desired Skills

  • 5+ years of insurance operational management experience.
  • 3+ years of commercial risk placement experience.
  • Active RIBO license in good standing (CIP, CAIB, or CRM preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Applied EPIC and Microsoft 365.
