Role Description
We're looking for a Senior Revenue Manager to own revenue strategy across our BC hotel portfolio. You'll work closely with ownership and property leadership to drive occupancy, rate, and RevPAR performance — with full visibility into the data and the authority to act on it.
- Develop and execute revenue strategy across multiple properties and segments
- Manage OTA channel mix, rate parity, and GDS positioning
- Build and maintain forecasting models; lead weekly/monthly revenue reviews
- Analyze STR data, comp set performance, and market trends to inform pricing decisions
- Optimize distribution across PMS, RMS, and other related systems
- Partner with GMs and ownership on budgeting, KPI tracking, and tactical promotions
- Identify displacement risks and high-value booking opportunities across the portfolio
Qualifications
- 3+ years in hotel revenue management, with multi-property experience preferred
- Hands-on proficiency with PMS, channel manager, and RMS platforms (Cloudbeds, SiteMinder, Atomize, or comparable)
- Strong command of STR benchmarking and OTA optimization
- Analytical mindset — comfortable building models, reading comp sets, and translating data into action
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-department collaboration
