Role Description

ASGAARD is seeking a full-time Associate / Salesperson – Commercial Real Estate based in Ottawa, Ontario. Reporting directly to the Broker of Record, the successful candidate will support leasing, sales, and portfolio management activities across a large commercial real estate portfolio.

This role offers hands-on exposure to commercial leasing and investment sales while working closely with senior leadership in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

  • Valid RECO Salesperson or Broker License is required (or in process of completing)
  • Strong interest in commercial real estate, leasing, and investment sales
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English; bilingualism in French is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle required

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the leasing of a large commercial real estate portfolio.
  • Support leasing and sales activities, including property tours, market research, proposal preparation and lease negotiations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
  • Maintain and update CRM, listings, and marketing materials
  • Conduct market analysis and stay informed on local commercial real estate trends
  • Provide ongoing support to senior leadership and client accounts
