Duties & Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Lead, coordinate, and manage the entire project team, including site superintendent and project coordinator.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project financials, including forecasting, cash flow, and cost reporting.
  • Scheduling & Logistics: Develop and manage comprehensive work plans, project schedules (MS Project), and site logistics.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive strategic growth and repeat business.
  • Contract Administration: Manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and negotiate with vendors.
  • Safety & Quality: Ensure strict compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience in the ICI construction industry
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Project coordination and management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with others as a team
  • Adaptable to flexible work schedule to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of construction project management processes
  • Proficiency in project management software tools
  • 10+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • University or College degree in Engineering, or Architecture Construction Engineering Technology, or a related field.
