Sales Specialist

We're not looking for someone who "does sales." We're looking for someone who closes.
TheXMedia is a fast-growing content production and personal branding agency, and we need a Sales Closer who can match that pace. We serve realtors, mortgage agents, immigration consultants, lawyers, and other service-based professionals across North America, helping them build a real presence through short-form video, Meta advertising, AI lead capture, and CRM automation.
We have the leads, the product, and the brand. We need someone who can turn a qualified conversation into a signed deal consistently, without hand-holding.
What You'll Own
You'll manage the full sales pipeline from qualifying inbound leads to closing deals across our core service offerings:
- Short-Form Video Content — Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts built for lead generation
- Meta Advertising — Paid campaigns targeting South Asian diaspora markets in Canada
- AI Lead Capture Systems — Automated flows that turn attention into booked appointments
- GoHighLevel CRM Setup — Full CRM builds for service-based business owners
This is not a role where you hand off deals to a "closer." You are the closer. You'll be given clear targets and the autonomy to hit them your way.
You're the Right Fit If...
- You have a proven closing track record — you can name deals, sizes, and timelines, not just describe your "process."
- You've sold services, not products, and you understand the nuance of that
- Agency or creative industry experience is a plus, but what matters more is that you actually close
- You thrive with autonomy and hate micromanagement
- You're organized, hungry, and coachable on product specifics
- You understand the South Asian business community in Canada, the culture, the trust dynamics, and the referral networks
Compensation & Growth
Base salary ranges from $35,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience. On top of that, our commission structure is built to reward closers; top performers consistently earn well over $100,000 annually. Your income is directly tied to your output, and we don't cap it.
This isn't a dead-end role. If you perform, there's a clear path to Sales Head overseeing sales operations across TheXMedia and our partner client portfolio, spanning multiple business verticals. We're building something real here, and we want people who want to grow with it.
