About This Role

This is a support-focused position, not a commission-driven sales role.

You will work closely with Sales Advisors to assist in customer coordination, test drives, and daily dealership operations. This role is ideal for individuals who prefer structured work, teamwork, and consistent responsibilities rather than direct selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Advisors with daily operations and customer coordination
• Prepare and organize vehicle test drives
• Welcome customers and support the initial check-in process
• Maintain and update CRM records accurately
• Assist with appointment scheduling and follow-ups
• Support the vehicle delivery process to ensure a smooth handover
• Help maintain accurate online listings and inventory information
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications

• Eligible for or willing to obtain a valid VSA license
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Comfortable handling structured and repetitive tasks
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow established processes
• Team-oriented with a positive and cooperative attitude
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract
• Ability to speak additional languages is an asset
