About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced Senior Agile Coach with strong hands-on Scrum Master experience to work closely with mature Agile delivery teams.

Note: This is not a Project Manager role.

We are looking for a true Agile coach who has demonstrated success advancing established Agile teams, strengthening Agile mindset and practices, and embedding Agile principles into value delivery—not implementing Agile for the first time.

The ideal candidate will help mature teams refine, elevate, and sustain Agile excellence while influencing leaders and the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster adoption of Agile principles and skills across teams and departments, aligned with enterprise strategy
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to deepen Agile maturity and enable high-performing, self-organizing teams
• Help teams refine and elevate Agile mindset, collaboration, and delivery practices
• Educate and coach teams and leaders on Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), tailored to organizational needs
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and other key collaboration events
• Identify and help remove systemic impediments to Agile delivery; influence leaders to support meaningful change
• Develop and manage Agile maturity backlogs, improvement plans, and success metrics
• Deliver training and coaching to build Agile capability across the organization
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration

Required Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in Agile environments, including enterprise-level coaching and training
• Proven experience working with Scrum and Kanban frameworks
• Demonstrated experience coaching mature Agile teams (not teams new to Agile)
• Hands-on experience helping long-established teams refine practices, deepen Agile principles, and advance maturity
• Strong servant leadership mindset and experience guiding teams through continuous improvement

Required Skills & Capabilities

• Deep expertise in Agile principles, frameworks, and product-centric delivery models
• Strong facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills across all organizational levels
• Ability to influence change, resolve complex impediments, and enable cross-functional collaboration
• Experience working with Agile metrics and measuring team maturity improvements
• Advanced facilitation skills for Agile ceremonies, design-thinking workshops, and problem-solving sessions
• Ability to clearly articulate how coaching actions improved team value delivery
• Supplemental Agile coaching or delivery training is considered an asset

Candidates Must Demonstrate

• Direct experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies
• Coaching and developing Agile teams beyond basic framework implementation
• Applying Agile principles in daily delivery work—not just using Agile terminology
• Experience coaching teams with multiple years (often 10+ years) of Agile practice
• A clear focus on Agile coaching—not project management activities (e.g., timelines, budgets, risk logs, dependency tracking)
• Engagements that extend beyond short-term Agile transformation efforts
• Experience beyond teaching tools or processes (e.g., Jira usage, PI planning, backlog creation), as teams already have this knowledge
