About the Opportunity

With a strong emphasis on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement, the organization supports specialized production environments that require attention to detail and technical expertise.

To support ongoing operations, we are currently seeking a Dental Technologist to join the team on a part-time basis.

The Role

The Dental Technologist will play a key role in supporting production processes related to orthodontic frameworks and advanced printing technologies. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on technical experience who thrives in a detail-oriented and quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, trim, polish, and finish orthodontic RPD frameworks
• Support metal and resin-based printing operations, including setup and monitoring
• Operate and maintain SLM and additive manufacturing equipment
• Ensure quality standards are met across all production outputs
• Assist with general lab operations and workflow efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in dental technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working in a dental or orthodontic lab environment is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Comfortable working with computers and standard software tools
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability
