For Your Housing is growing, and we are looking for a motivated and organized Client Coordination Specialist to join our team immediately.

This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable coordinating multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact landlords, property managers, and building managers regarding properties selected by our clients

• Verify property availability

• Present our client’s profile and confirm whether they meet the rental requirements before proceeding

• Coordinate property viewing appointments with our local team in the regions we serve

• Maintain professional communication using the company email and phone line

• Follow company procedures and leasing workflows after training

• Support our clients’ rental journey by helping connect them with the right housing opportunities

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Portuguese

• Additional languages are considered a strong asset

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working independently and remotely

• Must have a cell phone, computer/laptop, and reliable WiFi connection

• Available to work Monday through Friday during Canadian business hours
