We’re Hiring: Experienced Immigration Law Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Immigration Law Clerk to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Canadian immigration processes and a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal matters.

• Prepare and review immigration applications (PR, work permits, study permits, sponsorships, etc.)

• Draft legal documents, submissions, and correspondence

• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates

• Manage case files and ensure deadlines are met

• Liaise with government agencies, including IRCC

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in immigration law

• Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration procedures and documentation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Tamil is considered an asset

• Experience with immigration case management software / CRM
