Job Title: Project Manager – Senior

Location: Regina, SK (Hybrid – occasional onsite required)

Note

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with strong expertise in Agile delivery, Cloud SaaS implementations, and contact centre technologies. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end delivery of a cloud-based contact centre solution, including vendor coordination, enterprise integration, and stakeholder management in a customer-facing environment.

Key Skills & Expertise

  • 8+ years of IT Project Management experience
  • Strong experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Proven experience delivering Cloud / SaaS solutions
  • Experience working with contact centre technologies (telephony, IVR, CRM integrations)
  • Strong knowledge of vendor management and third-party coordination
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
  • Strong communication, stakeholder, and change management skills
  • Ability to manage both technical and business teams

Experience / Requirements

  • PMP Certification – Mandatory
  • 8+ years of relevant experience (Senior level)
  • Experience using Microsoft Project / Primavera or equivalent tools
  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Experience managing enterprise-level IT projects
  • Exposure to public sector or regulated environments (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure
  • Develop project governance, structure, and execution strategy
  • Prepare project plans, schedules, cost estimates, and risk assessments
  • Manage Cloud SaaS contact centre implementation and integration
  • Coordinate design, build, testing, deployment, and system integration
  • Manage project scope, risks, and change requests
  • Monitor project performance using KPIs, timelines, and financial tracking
  • Apply Earned Value Management (EVM – CPI/SPI) for reporting
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage third-party deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
  • Oversee UAT, defect management, and quality assurance processes
  • Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership
  • Support organizational change management and user adoption
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure resource alignment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in contact centre transformation projects
  • Knowledge of customer experience (CX) platforms
  • Experience in public sector environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise integrations and cloud ecosystems
