What You’ll Do

• Be an active contributor to month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end financial close, including intercompany, inventory, and COGS reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business operations
• Own the intercompany accounting and reconciliation process, including high‑volume transactional activity
• Post and reconcile bank transactions in SAP
• Act as a central support resource within ARIBA, partnering with internal stakeholders to
• Create purchase requisitions and investment orders
• Ensure goods and services are properly received (GR/IR)
• Facilitate accurate and timely invoice posting
• Support accounts receivable and accounts payable activities
• Assist with purchasing processes, including vendor sourcing and policy compliance
• Contribute to ad hoc finance projects and process improvements as needed

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a financial accounting or finance specialist role
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (and PowerPoint)
• Experience with SAP and ARIBA (strong asset)
• Familiarity with purchasing and procurement processes
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
