Location: Brampton, Canada (Hybrid)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Senior Developer with strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions. The ideal candidate will lead development, integration, and implementation of IAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IGA solutions (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow)
- Workflows
- Lifecycle events (Joiner–Mover–Leaver)
- Rules (BeanShell / Java)
- Forms, policies, certifications, provisioning logic
- REST, SOAP, JDBC, SCIM
- Active Directory, LDAP
- Lead end-to-end identity lifecycle management implementations
- Configure access certifications, role models, and entitlement hierarchies
- Optimize provisioning and de-provisioning workflows
- Troubleshoot performance issues, provisioning failures, and aggregation problems
- Support upgrades, patching, and platform migrations
- Ensure compliance with security standards (SOX, ISO, SOC)
- Collaborate with IAM architects, security, infrastructure, and application teams
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
- Create technical documentation and support guides
Essential Skills
SailPoint Expertise
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with:
- SailPoint IdentityIQ (preferred)
- SailPoint IdentityNow (plus)
- Rules (BeanShell / Java)
- Workflows and lifecycle events
- Identity cubes and correlation logic
- Experience with connectors and custom integrations
Technical Skills
- Strong Java and/or BeanShell scripting
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML
- Knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Application onboarding and entitlement modeling
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
IAM & Security Knowledge
- RBAC, ABAC
- Least Privilege
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Experience with Active Directory and LDAP
- Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Preferred Certifications
- SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow Certification
- CISSP / CISM (nice to have)
- Java Certification
