Job Description: (IAM, Transmit Security, Okta)
Design| implement| and support IAM solutions including authentication| authorization| and identity governanceManage user lifecycle processes provisioning| deprovisioning| role management| and access certificationsImplement and support Single Sign On (SSO)| Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)| and federation (SAML| OAuth 2.0| OpenID Connect)Administer directory services such as Active Directory| Azure AD Entra ID| LDAPIntegrate IAM with enterprise and cloud applicationsEnforce privileged access management (PAM) controls for admin and service accounts Develop and maintain IAM policies| standards| and proceduresSupport security audits| access reviews| and compliance initiatives (SOX| ISO 27001| SOC| GDPR)Monitor IAM systems| investigate access issues| and support incident responseCollaborate with Cybersecurity| Infrastructure| Application| and Compliance teamsAutomate IAM processes using scripts or workflows where applicable Participate in IAM roadmap planning and security architecture reviews
Essential Skills: Technical SkillsStrong understanding of IAM and security principles (least privilege| RBAC| ABAC)Handson experience with IAM platforms such asAzure AD Entra IDOkta| Ping Identity| SailPoint| ForgeRock| CyberArk (any combination)Expertise inSSO| MFA| Identity Federation SAML| OAuth 2.0| OpenID ConnectExperience with Privileged Access Management (PAM)Working knowledge of Active Directory| LDAP| and directory synchronizationFamiliarity with cloud IAM (Azure| AWS| GCP)Experience5 years of experience in IAM| cybersecurity| or infrastructure securityExperience supporting enterprisescale environmentsProven experience with IAM integrations and access governanceCertifications (Preferred)Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC300)Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or IAMspecific certificationsCISSP| CISM| or Security (nice to have)
